Night At The Airport

What to do when you spend the night at the airport:
1. Look for charging port (will desperately need this when your battery die. Believe me you need to compete for this. First come first serve).
2. Bring sweater because it is freaking cold here after midnight.
3. Find a good spot to sleep (I don't think you can sleep here).
4. Strolling around the airport with your trolley when you're extremely bored (I guarantee you can see hot hunks. 'Cuci mata' lor!).
5. Watch movies throughout the night (make sure you save good movies in your high-tech gadgets).
6. Take care of yourself and belonging (this is a MUST).
Enjoy your night at the airport!

Cows Crossing the Road

One fine day, after we went back from work, we saw a herd of cows crossed the road at Bukit Tinggi.

Trishaw Ride in Melaka

A trishaw man with his pink trishaw
Riding trishaw or locally known as 'beca' is a must try when you visit Melaka. Each trishaw will be decorated according to the desired theme. Some trishaws are so classic and some are modern. The trishaw man will play loud music to entertain you during the ride. You can take trishaw ride from the Dutch Square. The trishaw man will bring you to all tourist attractions around Bandar Melaka.

Aren't they beautiful?
The 45 minutes ride will costs you around RM35-50, depends on the trishaw man. If you are lucky enough, you maybe can get RM30 per ride. I paid RM45 for my first trishaw ride. Yeah I have to admit that it's quite expensive but believe me it is worth to try. I took the afternoon ride so it was damn hot but I was satisfied as I managed to see the places of attraction clearly. The best time for trishaw ride is during the evening when the sun begins to set. The scenery is so beautiful with the sunsets. Night ride is also good. The trishaws are so colourful at night. You can feel the cool breeze but couldn't really see the places of attraction.

This is not  flower heaven but the roof of the trishaw. Superb!

Leap of Faith

Nothing is impossible when you have faith in God.

Change

Nothing can change you unless you want to change. Never ever let people decide what or who you want to be. Just be yourself.

Favoritism

No matter how hard you try to fit in, if you are not from the same flock, favoritism still and will always occur.

Malacca Waterfront At Night

This is how the Malacca Waterfront look like at night. Only one word to describe it - COLORFUL! Enjoy the photos. Oh ya I forgot to tell you one thing. It's cold and breezy here. So you can sit at the bench along the riverbank facing the majestic Casa Del Rio while sipping a cup of coffee with your loved ones.

Malacca River Cruise

The ticket: Malaysian Price (Adult RM10, Children RM5), Foreigner Price (Adult RM15, Children RM7)
Malacca River Cruise is a must to experience when you visit Malacca. It is the best way to see the almost hidden parts of Malacca - the backstreets, water village, residential areas and old but unique shop lots. Believe me the buildings are so colorful with beautiful mural arts despite their aging structures. I went for the cruise at almost noon time so it was quiet hot. Anyway, the 'hotness' was completely forgotten once I went for the breathtaking 40 minutes cruise. The best time for the cruise is from the evening to night. So, you need to endure the long queue. Night cruise is cool and breezy. You cannot really see the colorful building but you can still enjoy the colorful lighting. The cruise is worth to try!

Flor De La Mar

Flor De La Mar is the Portuguese words for Flower of the Sea. The ship was lost off the coast of Sumatra when Alfonso the Albuquerque was returning from the conquest of Malacca. The replica of the ship is housed in the Maritime Museum, Malacca. Inside the replica you can see the real scenario inside a ship. The replica is worth visit.
