Logos Hope at Kuching

Back in the year of 2012, my friend told me that there was a floating book fair called Logos Hope at Sim Kheng Hong Port, Pending. As a final year student, I was a very busy lad that I didn't have time to enjoy myself. But it's ok. In April 2015, the Logos Hope was returning back to Kuching. This time she brought with her more than 400 crews. That's quite a big number people! Damn I was excited to the max. On the beautiful Sunday evening of the 26th April, my family and I visited Miss Logos Hope. Her exquisite beauty seriously captured my fragile heart the first moment we look eyes to eyes. What a romantic moment for both of us. Hahaha! Thank God the day was good with Mr. Sun shining so bright.

Some of you might wonder what did the ship has to offer, right? Here are the answers to your questions:
  1. They offer international books at good price. By good I mean really good.
  2. They have International Cafe selling ice cream, drinks and snacks.
  3. They have events on-board such as International Music Night, Open Ship, The Latino Cafe & British Evening Tea Time.
  4. The Visitor Experience Deck is open for all to explore & experience.
  5. The entrance pass price is only RM1!!!

Wanna experience what the crew's are experiencing? Just wait for their next coming.

Petronas Twin Towers

When I was a kid, Petronas Twin Towers was one of my dream destination. I still remember how fascinated I was when I saw the towers in the television. The steel-tall-massive towers were just awesome for a ten year-old me. After years of dreaming, I finally stood right in front of the towers. That was three months ago somewhere in February. There was no perfect word to describe my feeling. I was the happiest kid in the world that day. My dream finally came true! Yes as I am at tender age of 25 now, I admit that I still admire the towers. I mean the architecture. Who's not by the way. Petronas Twin Towers is one of modern world's greatest invention. Now you can scroll down to see the pictures that I snapped. Enjoy!

By the way that's me: the happy kid!

Pantai Pasir Panjang

After we went back from the morning Mass, my cousin came to our home. “Let’s go to the beach!” he said. My mum and dad were so excited to go (21st June 2015 was Father’s Day, so it’s a good time for family-got-together moment at the beach). It’s been years since the last time we went to the beach as a family.

At half passed three, we went to Pantai Pasir Panjang. The journey took about 45 minutes. There were few groups of family at the time we arrived. The beach is not the kind of ‘breathtakingly-beautiful-beach-with-luxurious-resort-thingy”. So don’t expect too much. Yeah… the sand is not as white as pearl. The sea is not crystal clear blue. And sadly you can still see rubbish under the trees. You might asked “why you come then?” Am I right? Well I admit that the beach is not really the one that can meet your high expectation. But let me tell you few things that the beach can offer.

Golden sand
  1. The water is not crystal clear blue but it’s clean enough for you to swim with your loved ones
  2. The sand is not as white as pearl but it’s golden enough for you to stroll around while holding your darling’s hand
  3. Did I mention about the sky? No? It’s blue enough that you are able to see the fluffy white clouds moving together slowly and the sun smile brightly
  4. You can also see the Mount Santubong standing strong and mighty
  5.  Last but not least, you can spend precious moment with your family here
